The Neuroscience Program at Medical City has gained national and international recognition. Innovative neurological and neurosurgical techniques, coupled with the advanced diagnostics, allow the Neuroscience team to treat patients with quality care.

Center for Epilepsy Treatment
As a member of the National Association of Epilepsy Centers, The Center for Epilepsy at Medical City treats both adult and pediatric patients with uncontrolled seizures and complex neurological disorders. The Center utilizes a variety of interventions including diagnostic techniques, pharmacological therapies, epilepsy surgeries and Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) to improve the quality of life for patients with seizures. In addition, the Center provides social work services to coordinate resources, outreach services via an Epilepsy Support Group and participates in clinical research to further enhance seizure treatment.

Sleep Center
The Sleep Center offers comprehensive sleep medicine services for patients who suffer from a wide array of sleep disorders including insomnia, excessive sleepiness, snoring, poor sleep, jet lag and night terrors.

Registered polysomnogram technologists and sleep specialists monitor patients to ensure optimal testing processes for accurate diagnosis and treatment options.

Stroke Center
Medical City recently joined the Dallas Stroke Network as a Primary Stroke Center.

Medical City Awarded Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission for Primary Stroke Centers.
